Job summary

Invesco seeks a seasoned CoPilot Studio Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for agent solutions across the Microsoft stack. You will define reference architectures, governance patterns, and secure, scalable copilot experiences aligned with AI strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor teams, drive ALM and CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, and GitHub, and partner with business stakeholders to translate priorities into production-ready copilots.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft CoPilot Studio delivering production agents.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform stack.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for CoPilot Studio agents.
• Lead architectural reviews and due diligence for new copilot use cases.
• Oversee build of priority copilots and coach engineering teams.
• Drive ALM, CI/CD for CoPilot Studio solutions.
