Job summary

Indegene Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Manager to lead Copilot Lifesciences initiatives, designing and delivering AI-powered automation for Life Sciences clients. You will drive solution design, architecture, and client engagements in an Agile environment.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with analysts, developers and stakeholders, and support pre-sales activities. The role requires deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and generative AI governance.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot solution design.
Hands-on expertise in Power Automate and workflow automation.
Experience in Agentic AI design and implementation.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
Experience managing onshore client interactions and project coordination.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions for Life Sciences business functions.
Design and develop Agentic AI workflows using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-powered automation solutions.
Drive solution architecture, use case identification, and implementation best practices for Copilot engagements.
Lead client discussions, requirement gathering workshops, solution demonstrations, and status reviews.
Manage onshore stakeholder communication and project governance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and client stakeholders.
Ensure successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies and best practices.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making through AI-driven solutions.
Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution estimation when required.
