Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Deep experience with Java, .NET, C/C++ environments.
• Proven GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation experience.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.
• Project management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive GitHub Copilot adoption across legacy systems and multiple stacks.
• Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployments and custom agent creation.
• Develop adoption strategies for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments.
• Interface with architects, technical teams, and management to drive change.
• Define requirements and oversee creation of Copilot agents for COTS/legacy systems.
• Establish KPIs and measure adoption success across technology stacks.
• Design and implement organization-wide Copilot training programs.
