Job summary

Core Talent Finder seeks a GitHub Copilot Lead to drive large-scale adoption of AI-assisted development across legacy and modern systems. You will lead strategy, rollout, and enablement of Copilot and related AI tools across multiple engineering teams in a Boston onsite setting.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technical leadership, strong Java/.NET/C++ experience, and proven Copilot or similar AI tool leadership, with 7+ years applying Generative AI in business or engineering environments.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, .NET, and C/C++ environments.
Proven experience implementing or leading GitHub Copilot or similar Generative AI tools.
Experience applying Generative AI in business or engineering environments (7+ years preferred).
Must be authorized to work in the United States; onsite in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy for GitHub Copilot adoption across engineering teams.
Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity and code quality using AI tools.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Copilot features and custom agents.
Define and track adoption metrics and KPIs.
Work with stakeholders to support change management and developer enablement.
Design and deliver training programs for engineering teams.
Provide technical leadership in environments with legacy systems and modern architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.
