You will lead requirements analysis, deployment of Copilot features, and development of custom agents for diverse environments.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven experience in adopting Copilot across Java, .NET, and C/C++ ecosystems, with emphasis on change management and training

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground-level requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot adoption opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones.
• Develop adoption strategies specifically for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments, building in legacy frameworks.
• Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive change management.
• Define requirements and oversee creation of custom Copilot agents for COTS and legacy systems.
