Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Copier Technician to join our service team in Sacramento, CA. You will troubleshoot and repair copiers, printers, fax machines and provide high-quality technical support to our customer base.

Essential duties include communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and developing options to solve unusual problems while managing time resources and territorial considerations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical mindset required.
• Experience or training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox or other manufacturers is a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.).
• Providing high-quality technical support to customers.
