Job summary

ImageNet Consulting is seeking a dependable Copier and Printer Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction office equipment at customer locations in Lenexa, KS.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, tech-savvy, and enjoys solving problems while delivering excellent customer service. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and includes on-site service calls and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical education preferred.
• 2) Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• 3) Copier, printer, electronics repair, or related technical experience preferred.
• 4) Basic knowledge of computers and networking is a plus.
• 5) Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• 6) Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• 7) Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform on-site service calls, equipment installations, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Document service activities and manage parts inventory using company software.
• Maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing technical training.
