DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites across the Orlando area. You'll work hands-on with mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, install equipment, and keep detailed service records while delivering exceptional customer service in person.

Training is provided, and you’ll have autonomy to manage your schedule within a supportive team, with opportunities for career advancement

Qualificações

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Bonus points for copier/printer repair or related field experience.

Responsabilidades

Whether you already have copier experience or come from automotive, appliance repair, cable installation, HVAC, electronics, or another mechanical/technical background — we’re open to training the right person with the right attitude.

What You’ll Do
