ID Logistics in Fort Worth is seeking a Line Lead to coordinate the production of all work orders and transfers. You will ensure output meets client specifications with high accuracy, aiming to exceed efficiency goals and UPH targets.

The role requires 1–2 years in a lead warehouse position, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm with overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of all work orders/transfers under supervision.
• Ensure work meets client specs and maintains accuracy.
• Plan production in the area and verify product is pulled for production.
• Verify products are scanned and staged for put-away and that time sheets are correct.
• Close or verify closure of all work orders/transfers after production.
• Communicate issues to Production Supervisor and support flow with IC/dock.
• Maintain product flow in and out of the department and ensure safety compliance.

Role and Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Line Lead is responsible for coordinating the production of all work orders/transfers. The Lead is responsible for ensuring the work is produced correctly to the specs of the Client. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am-6:30pm. Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice and on off days as the business need arises.

Compensation: $21.50 per hour.

Status: Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

• Work closely with the Production Supervisor
• Plan production in the area
• Ensure all policy and procedures are followed by associates
• Verify all work for accuracy
• Verify correct product is pulled for production
• Verify product produced is accurately produced, scanned, and staged for put-away
• Close (or verify closed) all work orders/transfers immediately following production
• Communicate all issues to Production Supervisor
• Work with IC and dock to maintain product flow in and out of the department
• Verify all time sheets are filled out correctly
• This job will include other duties as assigned.

• Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice as the business need arises.
• Must be flexible to work on off days as the business need arises.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years of experience in a lead role warehouse environment
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Safety training and compliance
• Great Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Problem solving abilities with key focus on root cause analysis
• Adaptable, Driven, Fast learner and Team work oriented
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with supervision, coworkers and others to achieve operational excellence
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED

• Forklift Experience Minimum 1 year
• Operational experience preferred
• Understand SAP & experience working with a variety of WMS
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems
