Job summary

ID Logistics, a global contract logistics provider, seeks an Inventory Lead to manage training records, SOPs, and quality systems documentation at the Germantown site. You’ll support safety and quality with SOP reviews and ensure site compliance with GMPs.

Responsibilities include maintaining training matrices, auditing readiness, and reporting corrective actions. Strong Excel and reporting skills, plus PPE awareness, are required for this role.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years’ related experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email apps.
  • Must wear PPE per safety policies.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to present information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data interpretation.
  • Ability to interpret safety and operating procedures.

  • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
  • Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems.
  • Keeps SOPs up-to-date and reviewed as required.
  • Ensures documentation complies with Quality Requirements.
  • Maintains documentation of internal audits.
  • Reports corrective actions and safety non-conformance.
  • Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
  • Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes.
  • Identifies inventory occurrences and researches resolutions.
  • Supports Safety & Quality with SOP Reviews and GMPs.
  • Observes safety rules and assists in enforcement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Description of the Position:

The Inventory Lead is responsible for documentation, tracking, and reporting of Company and Quality Training for site associates. Assist with Safety & Quality with SOP Reviews, Quality Standards Communications, and ensuring site compliance with expectations. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures Audit preparedness
  • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates
  • Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training, Etc.)
  • Ensures that SOP’ are up-to-date and reviewed as required
  • Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication are compliance with Quality Requirements
  • Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current.
  • Report / inform to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC • Report Safety non -conformance
  • Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
  • Identifying and researching unique inventory occurrences and correct.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determining root cause.
  • Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems
  • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
  • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Hourly Rate:

$24.50 + $1.00 shift Differential.

Work Location:

N104W12659 Donges Bay Rd, Germantown, WI 53022

Work Schedule:

3:00PM – 11:30PM - Monday through Friday

  • Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
