ID Logistics US is seeking a Line Lead to coordinate production of all work orders and transfers under the Production Supervisor. The role focuses on maintaining UPH targets, accuracy, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 2:30pm–1:00am, with flexibility for training shifts, overtime, and off-days as needed. Compensation is $19.50/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Preferred 1 year of experience in a production environment
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to arrive 30 minutes before shift
• Must be flexible to overtime and off-days on short notice

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production of all work orders/transfers under the Production Supervisor
• Plan production area (Pick to Lite)
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed by associates
• Verify accuracy of work and correct products for production
• Close/verify all work orders/transfers after production
• Communicate issues to Production Supervisor
• Collaborate with IC and dock to maintain product flow
• Verify time sheets are correct
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Be computer literate; willingness to start early
