Job summary

Idlogistics in Wisconsin is seeking a Line Lead to coordinate production of all work orders and transfers under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. You will ensure work is produced to client specifications, aiming to maintain or exceed UPH targets with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires starting 30 minutes before shift, flexibility for overtime and training shifts, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Preferred 1 year of experience in a production environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of all work orders and transfers under the Production Supervisor
• Plan production in the area and ensure policy and procedures are followed
• Verify work for accuracy and that correct product is produced and staged
• Close (or verify closed) all work orders/transfers after production
• Communicate issues to Production Supervisor
• Maintain product flow in and out of the department with IC and dock
• Verify time sheets are correct
• All other duties as assigned
