Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods in North Carolina is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive and inventory raw materials, rotate stock, and ensure accurate paperwork with carriers. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment daily.

The role requires forklift experience, basic English literacy, and reliability for overtime as production schedules demand. We value teamwork, safety, and adherence to GMPs; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English; bilingual en/es a plus.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inventories products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Maintains and files paperwork from carriers.
• Rotates products according to company guidelines.
• Unloads trucks with fresh products.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Receives and inventories products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Rotates products according to company guidelines.
• Unloads trucks with fresh products.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.

Job Specifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment.
• The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
• Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 80 lbs is required.
• Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
