Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources department! Under the direction of the Manager, Learning & Development, the Training Coordinator (TC) will deliver highly interactive, engaging, and impactful virtual instructor-led and instructor-led training opportunities. The TC will support ongoing efforts such as facilitating new hire orientations, coordinating and scheduling training initiatives, managing resources and knowledge, and marketing the learning function. The person will utilize the corporate LMS to assign training, update transcripts, and measure success, including developing online courses. This is an entry-level position requiring a growing knowledge of business operations, regulatory environment, and adult learning theory.
