International Executive Service Corps is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to support the Legal Talent Office, coordinating pre-hire processes, background checks, and visa cases. You will act as a liaison between lawyers and departments, manage conflicts checks, and support global onboarding/offboarding activities.
Responsibilities include tracking law clerk activity, preparing materials for performance reviews, and assisting with career transitions.

The base salary range offered for this role will be between $65,000 and $90,000. When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
