POSITION SUMMARY : Develop and maintain collaborative relationships through appreciative advising. Assist the student in optimizing their educational experience, support retention, and progress towards on-time graduation. Provide academic advising on an individual and group basis for students in Talent Development. Ensure that Talent Development students’ progress toward graduation in a timely and systematic way.
