Qualifications

  • Manage daily administrative operations of assigned residency or fellowship programs in compliance with ACGME and institutional policies.
  • Coordinate resident onboarding, credentialing, and offboarding with GME and HR.
  • Maintain accurate resident records, evaluations, schedules, and duty hour logs in New Innovations.
  • Manage recruitment and interview activities through ERAS or ResidencyCas.
  • Assist with NJ Permit/NJ License for residents/fellows.
  • Handle travel requests, educational allowances, and conference reimbursements.
  • Assist in site visits, annual program evaluations, and ACGME surveys.

Pay Range: $48,000.00 - $67,200.00 per year

Status: Full‑Time

Shift: Day

Job Overview

The GME Program Coordinator's primary responsibility is to provide a structured educational program for the benefit of residents and fellows.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Relevant experience in graduate medical education
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in GME, UME, or academic healthcare administration
  • Knowledge of ACGME and Institutional Accreditation Standards
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, New Innovations, and hospital-based systems

Preferred:

  • TAGME certification (Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education)
