Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) in Jamestown, NC, is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize marketing activities and drive the college's visibility. You will coordinate interdepartmental processes, manage stakeholder engagement, and assist with implementing the comprehensive marketing plan for GTCC.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, at least three years in marketing or related fields, and strong interpersonal, communicational, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited post-secondary college required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in marketing, communications, project management, or relevant field (or combination with education).
• Experience with content creation and management is a plus.

The Project Coordinator will organize marketing activities and initiatives for the College. The Coordinator will increase the impact and visibility of the college by coordinating critical interdepartmental processes and managing stakeholder engagement. The Coordinator will assist with the implementation of the comprehensive marketing plan for GTCC . The Coordinator will serve as a liaison for the Marketing and Communications Department across campus and will manage marketing requests and the project pipeline for the department.

Min Salary $55,849.50

Mid Salary $62,830.68 - We offer a competitive salary package that will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and qualifications related to the job. Compensation will be commensurate with your level of experience.

Education Required

• Associates degree from an institutionally accredited post-secondary college.

Education Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media or relevant field

Experience Required

• Minimum of three years’ experience in marketing, communications, project management, or relevant field or a combination of education and experience.

Experience Preferred

• Basic graphic design, web design, preferred
• Experience with content creation and management a plus
