Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand in Petersburg, VA is seeking a seasoned Lead Production role to oversee daily operations on the production floor and ensure SAC/quality standards. • Actively participate in the research, justification and implementation involved in the long range planning of the facility.
• Maintain an effective presence in the department.

Job Requirements And Experience

At least two (2) years in a Boar’s Head production facility in a lead role or similar located on the production floor, or at least four (4) years’ experience in production planning in an outside company.

Must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills from past experience.

Additional Comments

• Reports to an Area Manager.
• Computer skills required. Prefer exposure and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access software.
