Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to perform tasks as assigned by the department supervisor and to help maintain equipment in the assigned area. The role emphasizes teamwork, GMP/SOP compliance, and accurate inventory control.

Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, Oracle systems familiarity, and the ability to lift 50–75 pounds. A Monday–Friday schedule with possible weekend production is required; the work environment is cold and damp.

Qualifications

• Must work in cold, damp environment.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing/food production environment.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Lift and move 50-75 pounds with assistance when required.
• Available to work a Monday - Friday schedule, with weekend work dictated by production needs.
• Fork-lift/tow motor experience.
• Experience with Oracle systems preferred.
