Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a production team member to perform tasks assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead, maintaining pace with the team and ensuring product specifications are met safely. You will communicate effectively with team members and uphold a positive relationship with associates and management.

You will operate a Pallet Jack, assist other departments as needed, and strictly follow GMPs, SOPs, rules, and policies while keeping the work area clean and ready for the next shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasional heavier lifting.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme cold. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
