Voyant Beauty is hiring a Production Coordinator to monitor daily production floor activities and coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and compounding teams. You will ensure on-time task completion, proper headcount, and smooth communication across departments.

The role emphasizes cGMP awareness, safety, and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements and minimize downtime. Location-specific duties may vary by site.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with cGMP, safety, and OSHA regulations is desirable.

A Brief Overview

The Production Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities on the production floor. Partnering with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and Compounding to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner and maximum operation efficiency is achieved. Ensuring seamless production processes and facilitating effective communication across teams.

What you will do

• Monitor shift activities - provide direct instruction to Line Leads and production personnel, ensure lines are running at rate with correct headcount.
• Facilitate communication between different departments for synchronized operations.
• Monitor quality control measures to uphold manufacturing standards.
• Verifies line startups. Including line balances, bulk and component issuing, and quality clearance.
• Serve as backup to the Production Supervisor.
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate resource allocation to maintain optimal production efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime
• Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement.
• Verifications and sign off on batch record processes.
• Execution of any reworks due to NCMR's issued by quality.
• Reviews production boards hourly and addresses issues on the packaging lines.
• Facilitates material flow through production. Component acquisitions and line returns.
• Some duties may vary slightly by location.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Preferred) or
• Associate's Degree or equivalent. BS / BA would be a plus but not required (Preferred)

Experience Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment. (Preferred)
