The American Museum of Natural History is seeking a full-time Coordinator, Principal Gifts Program to support Principal Gifts execution through coordination, communications, stewardship, and donor engagement with a focus on Trustee and principal donors.
The role collaborates with the Director, Principal Gifts Program, drafts donor materials, tracks timelines, coordinates meetings, and maintains donor records to advance fundraising and stewardship goals.

The Advancement department is seeking a full-time Coordinator, Principal Gifts Program to support the execution of the Museum's Principal Gifts Program through program coordination, communications, stewardship efforts, and donor engagement activities, with a particular focus on Trustee and principal donor initiatives. Working closely with the Director, Principal Gifts Program, the Coordinator helps advance the Museum's high-level fundraising efforts by coordinating activities and projects, preparing donor-facing materials and correspondence, supporting Trustee and donor engagement efforts, and helping ensure the successful fundraising and stewardship initiatives.

The expected salary range for the Coordinator, Principal Gifts Program is $50,000 to $57,000 annually. This position is overtime‑eligible and the AMNH offers an extensive benefits package designed to meet the needs of our dedicated and diverse community. Pay will be determined based on several factors, including skills, knowledge, training, education, credentials, areas of specialization, and depth and scope of experience.
