Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in New York is seeking a Business Operations & Execution professional to manage end-to-end SKU setup and retailer system accuracy, coordinating promotions and samples. You will maintain trackers, support invoicing and chargebacks, and drive process improvements across functions.

You'll prepare and maintain recurring sales, inventory, and promotional reports, monitoring performance and trends.

  • Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Excel; Power BI and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SKU setup, assortment maintenance, and retailer system accuracy.
  • Coordinate promotional execution: Purchase Orders, Gift with Purchase, samples, collateral, and shipment tracking.
  • Maintain business trackers, calendars, and operational tools; support invoicing, chargebacks, and process improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring sales, inventory, fill rate, and promotional reports.
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, variances, reporting exceptions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and retailer reporting.
  • Provide reporting and analytical support for planners, account managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Planning, Account Management, Marketing, Field Sales, and retailer teams to ensure launches and promotions.
  • Coordinate milestones and updates; support seasonal planning and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and execution.

Role Overview
Business Operations & Execution
  • Manage end-to-end SKU setup, assortment maintenance, and retailer system accuracy.
  • Coordinate promotional execution, including Purchase Orders, Gift with Purchase, samples, collateral, and shipment tracking.
  • Maintain business trackers, calendars, and operational tools while supporting invoicing, chargebacks, and process improvements.
Reporting & Business Support
  • Prepare and maintain recurring sales, inventory, fill rate, and promotional reports.
  • Monitor business performance and identify trends, variances, and reporting exceptions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and retailer reporting.
  • Provide timely reporting and analytical support for planners, account managers, and cross-functional teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with Planning, Account Management, Marketing, Field Sales, and retailer teams to ensure timely execution of launches and promotional programs.
  • Coordinate key project milestones and communicate execution updates to stakeholders.
  • Support seasonal planning activities and ad hoc business initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and execution across the business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Planning, Retail Operations, or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, SAP, or retailer systems preferred.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Pay Range:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $28.45 to $42.20. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
