The Coordinator will collaborate with employees and managers across the organization to help deliver a consistent, positive, and meaningful employee experience. This position supports the Philadelphia Union (MLS), Union II (MLS NEXT Pro), Philadelphia Union Academy (MLS NEXT U12–U18), Philadelphia Union Foundation, WSFS Bank Sportsplex, and Subaru Park. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career People & Culture professional to gain broad, hands‑on HR experience while supporting employees across a dynamic professional sports organization.
