Job summary

SecTek, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Unarmed Supervisor for client sites in the United States. Weekend availability is required, with a 3rd shift (Fridays & Saturdays, 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Must hold a DCJS license, valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Prior supervisor security experience is preferred. Drug screen and background check are required. E-Verify participation noted. Responsibilities include following SOPs, communicating with site management, reporting on activities,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Active DCJS license required for consideration.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience in security.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized.
• Reasonable level of physical fitness; extensive walking required.
• Law enforcement or military background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for primary and emergency responses.
• Liaise with security and building management to communicate, elevate, and solve problems.
• Create detailed reports on building activities.
• Patrol the interior and exterior of the contract site.
• Perform duties per Post Orders.
• Control/restrict access to the property.
• Respond to significant occurrences with intelligence, speed, and accuracy.

Our Supervisors provide quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:
