The Coordinator of Student Case Management belongs to Campus Life within the Division of Student Affairs at Oklahoma State University. The role consists of meeting with students of concern who face challenges such as mental health issues, medical needs, relational conflicts, trauma, addiction and recovery, social adjustments, and difficulties with transition to college. In a non‑clinical capacity, the coordinator develops and implements both short‑term and long‑term care plans, facilitates students’ access to university services, coaches students toward self‑care, self‑management, autonomy, and self‑advocacy, and contributes to a campus culture of care by collaborating with multiple departments.
