Job Summary

This position is responsible for administrative support, leading campus programming and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Intercultural Resource Center and the Veterans Lounge. This is a grant funded position. This position is designated as Campus Security Authority (CSA).

Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and assess campus programs that promote student belonging.
  • Advise student groups.
  • Manage the Intercultural Resource Center and the Veterans Lounge.
  • Support supervision of AmeriCorp Vista Team.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate student employees.
  • Assist with paperwork and documentation for budget fiscal management of department.
  • Serve as office liaison for campus committees.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in a course of study related to the occupational field.
Other Required Qualifications
  • Must possess a current valid driver license with an acceptable driving record and pass a yearly Motor Vehicle Report review.
Required Experience
  • More than one year experience in event planning.

  • Masters degree in a course of study related to the occupational field.

  • More than one year working in higher education or K12 environment.
