This part-time student position (maximum 19.5 hours per week) requires individuals who can positively represent the Office and the College to internal and external constituents with a professional demeanor at all times. The role involves effective writing and verbal communication, Microsoft Office skills, and a high level of integrity due to potential exposure to confidential information. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for student activities and event planning, performing clerical duties, running errands on campus, and assisting with special projects. The weekly schedule will be coordinated with the student's class schedule and is subject to change between semesters or as needed. Students are not permitted to work during scheduled class time even if a class is cancelled or dismissed early.
$9 per hour
Successful completion of background investigation and legal authorization to work in the U.S. prior to employment is required.
