Coordinator l, Property Accounting Panera is actively seeking a Property Accountant to be responsible for preparing lease accounting related journal entries and account reconciliations, processing rental payments and year-end common area maintenance, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations, and providing any needed support for other departments within the organization.

While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear & use hands and fingers to operate keyboards. Need to be comfortable and willing to move furniture and reconfigure meetings rooms as needed. Weight requirement minimum of 35 lbs.

$53,419 to $64,108 annually. The actual pay offered will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and geographical location. Individual compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
