Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Coordinator Inventory Management to receive, issue and maintain telecommunications equipment and materials, keep accurate inventory records, and coordinate the work of warehouse staff. The role requires data entry and analysis, forklift or pallet jack operation, and strong customer service with excellent English skills.

An associate degree or two years related experience is preferred, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 2 years related work experience.
• Proficient with office hardware and software (PCs, tablets, printers, copiers).
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.

At a minimum, the position requires the ability to operate a pallet jack, hand trucks, or fork lift to load/unload materials for storage; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

What You’ll Need

• Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
