Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to help standardize processes and lead operational startup activities. The role involves traveling to field offices, delivering training, monitoring performance, and reporting outcomes to management.

Strong organizational and communication skills, plus knowledge of telecom or construction, are essential. The candidate should be proficient with computers and office software; familiarity with telecom construction operations is a plus,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Other key responsibilities include traveling to field offices, performing operational training, monitoring operational performance, and reporting any process successes or failures to management.
