Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, determine needs, and provide one-call resolution.
  • Manage workload of inbound faxes (if applicable).
  • Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Enter detailed information into proprietary software during calls.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or to obtain missing information.
  • Interact with referral sources to process new applicants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for next steps.
  • Communicate with external entities including physician offices and pharmacies.
  • Identify, document, and submit Adverse Events as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and telephony systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods in a cubicle setting.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with urgency.
  • Availability to work any schedule between 7 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday.
Additional Expectations
  • Apply acquired skills and company policies to routine tasks.
  • Handle standard assignments and refer complex issues to supervisors.
  • Follow general instructions and seek guidance on new or complex problems.
Training and Schedule

Mandatory new hire training: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts within Monday-Friday, 7 am - 5 pm CST.

Remote Work Details

Work remotely in a quiet, private environment with high-speed internet. Company provides necessary equipment.

Internet requirements include:

  • High-speed broadband connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber).
  • Download speed of at least 15 Mbps.
  • Upload speed of at least 5 Mbps.
  • Ping rate maximum of 30 ms.
  • Hardwired connection preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Estimated hourly range: $17.80 - $21.00.

No bonus eligibility. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, HSA, 401(k), flexible spending, disability coverage, work-life resources, parental leave, and health programs.
