Job summary

Advarra is seeking a Coordinator II, Client Services to provide exemplary client service and serve as the main contact for pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and academic medical centers. The role focuses on facilitating IRB review and translating decisions to clients to maintain timely communication.

The position requires IRB or clinical research experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to navigate proprietary systems. CIP certification is preferred within one year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main Sponsor/CRO/PI site contact on assigned studies.
  • Assist with other studies and act as primary site contact for submissions.
  • Conduct administrative review of protocol/site submissions and supporting docs.
  • Demonstrate understanding of multiple protocol/site submission types.
  • Document and execute client customizations and change requests.
  • Manage vendor relations and translations documentation.
  • Maintain high accuracy and collaborate with QA to minimize errors.
  • Respond to customers within 24 hours and escalate issues as needed.

Job Overview Summary

TheCoordinator II, Client Servicesis responsible forproviding exemplary client service and serves as the main point of client contact for designated pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, and academic medical centers. This position will provide direct clientassistanceand advisement tofacilitateIRB review and translate IRB decisions and processes to clients tomaintaincontinuity andtimelycommunications.

JobDuties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main Sponsor,CRO and PI site,contact on assigned studies
  • Assistwith other studies as needed and serve as a primary Sponsor,CRO and PIsite contact on submissions that are assigned to you
  • Conduct administrative review of Protocol/site submissions by reading, reviewing, and understanding protocol requirements and all supporting documentation
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of multiple types of Protocol and Site Submissions
  • Document and execute client customizations as requested; process change requests for approved Protocols
  • Manage vendor relations and documentation for foreign language translations
  • Maintaina high levelof accuracy and attention to detail; collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure minimal rate of error
  • Complete workin a timely manner, responding to customers within 24 hours of email/voicemail receipt
  • Escalate any customer or timeline issues to management
Location

This role is open to candidates working remotely inthe United States.

BasicQualifications
  • Two (2) years’ experience in IRB or clinical research setting that includes applying regulations to the protection of human subjects.
  • Intermediate computer skills, includingproficiencywith MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Word and Outlook
  • Ability to effectively use proprietary system
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or attainment of CIP within one (1) years of eligibility
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
  • Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
  • Learn andcomprehendbasic instructions
  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
  • Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding,and speaking

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is$54,029 - $89,158. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
