The HR Assistant provides administrative support for workforce compliance, personnel records, onboarding, orientation, recruitment, and routine HR activities. The position maintains accurate tracking systems, follows up on required documentation, schedules meetings and training activities, and supports candidates, interpreters, and coworkers.
