Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative support for workforce compliance, personnel records, onboarding, orientation, recruitment, and routine HR activities.
The role involves maintaining tracking systems, following up on required documentation, scheduling meetings and training, and supporting candidates, interpreters, and coworkers. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, familiarity with HR processes, and the ability to learn HR systems.

The position maintains accurate tracking systems, follows up on required documentation, schedules meetings and training activities, and supports candidates, interpreters, and coworkers.

Pre-Employment Screening All candidates receiving an employment offer must submit a pre-employment screening.
