We proudly provide non-medical home care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. We are composed of highly trained and competent staff members who are dedicated and experts in delivering home care services in the comfort of our client’s home. We are looking for a coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that the agency runs smoothly. Duties will cover client care coordination, caregiver scheduling, and related office work. We are looking for professionals who are dedicated and compassionate about giving care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Coordinate activities throughout the team to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance.
  2. General office duties.
  3. Submit reports as needed.
  4. Submit client and caregiver documentation in scheduling software and communication.
  5. Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays.
  6. Caregiver & client on-boarding.
  7. Update the management team on scheduling issues and HR recruitment needs.
  8. Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees and clients.
  10. Conduct home assessments.
  11. Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Scheduling experience or knowledge of scheduling software preferred.
  2. Home care and administrative work experience preferred.
  3. Strong phone skills and excellent customer service experience.
  4. Ability to multi-task and work well under time pressure.
  5. Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment.
  6. Ability to work with limited supervision.
  7. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
