Expected pay for this position is $42.64 - $56.50/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager Quality & Safety is responsible for managing the entity structure that facilitates the drive to superior clinical outcomes within the entity (hospital, MSS, HH). Working with other clinical and operational leadership, the Manager of Quality & Safety is responsible for the execution of Quality/Safety and other clinical excellence strategies locally. This individual will lead the entity Quality and Safety teams in order to drive the Clinical Excellence vision and strategy, and to gather feedback for consideration for refinement of Ministry clinical processes and goals, and to assist and engage caregivers and leadership across the OSF ministry with ensuring employees have the tools and skills needed to achieve zero harm.
Selected Central region as work location is at MHQ, travel required 50% to support all MPs within HC footprint Escanaba to Alton.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors
Licensure/Certification: One of the following within 3 years of hire: CPPS, CPHQ
Experience: 3 years in Operational leadership working in healthcare quality safety with event management and/or leading clinical improvement work
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Masters
Licensure/Certification: Appropriate licensure for education
