Austin Industrial is seeking a Coordinator Helper to provide administrative and document control support to the project team in Wisconsin. You will organize, maintain, distribute, and track project documentation to ensure compliance with site and company requirements.
You will assist with data entry, filing, record retention, document revisions, and communication between field personnel and project management.
The Coordinator Helper will provide administrative and document control support to the project team. Responsibilities include organizing, maintaining, distributing, and tracking project documentation to ensure compliance with site and company requirements. The individual will assist with data entry, filing, record retention, document revisions, and communication between field personnel and project management. Additional duties may include supporting onboarding paperwork, maintaining project files, and assisting with general office coordination as needed.
