Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Executive protection experience with high net-profile principals.
  • Defensive driving training/experience.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent judgment and problem-resolution skills.
  • Able to interact effectively across cultures.
  • Concierge-level customer service skills.
  • Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Represent integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Provide close protection for Executives during domestic and international assignments.
  • Lead counter-surveillance and threat assessments.
  • Plan protective advances and manage transport for Executives/family.
  • Respond to emergencies and perform medical operations as needed.
  • De-escalate tense situations and communicate safety concerns.
  • Complete activity and risk reports; maintain security documentation.
  • Keep vehicles and equipment in safe, clean condition.
  • Assist with protection schedules and team assignments.
  • Carry out duties while adhering to safety and security guidelines.

Job description

The Executive Security Coordinator will provide welfare, physical protection, and security for Executives by performing armed and/or unarmed protection assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent the values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Provide close protection and other security-related functions for the company during domestic and/or international assignments.
    • Lead counter-surveillance operations.
    • Perform protective advance planning and threat vulnerability assessments.
    • Transport Executives and/or family members to events and appointments, using evasive and/or defensive driving tactics, as needed.
    • Manage executives' and/or family/representative requests while ensuring all safety and security precautions.
    • Respond to emergencies and perform medical operations, as needed.
  • De-escalate tense situations or individuals that arise.
    • Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns promptly.
  • Complete activity reports, incident reports, risk reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative requirements.
  • Ensure vehicles are always clean and operating within all safety and maintenance guidelines.
  • Assist with protection schedules and team assignments, as directed.
  • Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment.
    • Promptly identify and elevate deficiencies/failures.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

  • Frequent sitting, standing and/or walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
  • On occasion, may be required to perform stressful and physical activity.
  • Domestic and/or international travel, as needed.
  • 24/7 availability.
