The purpose of this position is to provide a professional level of student support services ranging from academic/occupational advising, case management and employer engagement and activities in order to successfully support student completion, and successful outcomes for employers, funders, grants, and contracts.
Bachelor’s degree with college courses to include marketing and/or community outreach required. Four years of full-time experience in business sales, marketing and /or community outreach required.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale .

Track, input and monitor student placement and program progress information via CCBC databases and tracking mechanisms, ensuring up-to-date case management activity.Work with CCBC staff to evaluate students’ job search skills and ensure that those skills are developed through CCBC programming.Develop and implement Student Employment Plans in conjunction with students’ goals and the programs’ outcomes.Plan and implement job search strategies with students that results in employment.Contact employers by telephone, e-mail, mail and personal site visits to promote CCBC programs and students.Establish strong employer partnerships that result in job placements for CCBC students.Work directly with students to ensure training completion, employment, and job retention.Establish, develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations to recruit students for courses and programs.Coordinate and conduct Life Skills/Job Readiness trainings for students.Manage assigned staff ensuring employment retention deadlines and outcomes are met.Manage projects ensuring policies, procedures and tracking requirements are met.
