Job summary

Qualifications

  • Collaborate across departments and with external consultants and service providers.
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, inventory processes, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with inventory, marketing, sales, IT, QA, and operations to execute e-commerce strategies.
  • Support accurate processing of inventory for order fulfillment and keep activities on schedule.
  • Assist in budgeting and monitor profit and loss for e-commerce operations.
  • Help train employees involved in e-commerce and fulfillment activities.
  • Coordinate with external e-commerce consultants and service providers.
  • Monitor best practices and technologies to improve efficiency and growth.
  • Evaluate e-commerce strategy and communicate policies to staff.
  • Complete batch production records and notify QA of deviations.
  • Follow SOPs and GMP requirements, maintain sanitary operations and records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned; duties may change with notice.

The Opportunity

The E-Commerce Coordinator supports the execution and continuous improvement of the company's e-commerce and order fulfillment activities. This role works cross-functionally with Inventory, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, and operations partners to help ensure inventory is processed accurately, customer orders meet company standards, and orders are delivered on time. The position also supports e-commerce planning, external service-provider coordination, process compliance, and the evaluation of practices and technologies that contribute to profitable growth.

This is an IN-OFFICE position, Located in Sheridan, Colorado.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate with Inventory, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, and operations teams to execute e-commerce strategies that support company sales channels.
  • Support accurate and timely processing of inventory received for order fulfillment and help keep fulfillment activities on schedule.
  • Partner with management in developing budgets and monitoring the profit and loss performance of e-commerce operations.
  • Support the training and development of employees involved in e-commerce and fulfillment activities.
  • Coordinate with and help manage external e-commerce consultants and service providers.
  • Monitor e-commerce best practices and emerging technologies and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitable growth.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of e-commerce strategy, processes, and program effectiveness, and communicate relevant policies and procedures to employees.
  • Complete Batch Production Records as directed by Quality Assurance, perform in-process quality checks, and promptly notify Quality Assurance of deviations.
  • Follow established procedures and standard operating procedures, adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, maintain sanitary operations, keep required training current, and complete records in accordance with good documentation practices.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory coordination, or a related environment is preferred.
  • Ability to execute plans accurately and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to receive direction and communicate policies and procedures clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and effective during high-volume periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external consultants and service providers.
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, inventory processes, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, and good documentation practices
  • Positive, team-oriented approach and flexibility to work a schedule aligned with business needs.
