Job description

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Coordinator-Donor Relations to join our team. The Coordinator-Donor Relations is responsible for cultivating and soliciting mid-level donor support for a specific determined HSHS Market supporting one or more Ministries. This includes, but is not limited to, capital and endowment campaigns; annual funding priorities; named funds; annual giving, All Together Campaign colleague giving and event sponsorship. This role will personally engage donors, community leaders, physicians and caregivers, department leaders and other volunteers in the fundraising process. Serves as the main liaison representing the HSHS Market to Foundation system operations and strategy team.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday, occasional outside hours
• Location: 100% on-site at St. Mary's Hospital
• Compensation that aligns with your experience


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, philanthropy or a related field is required.
  • High School diploma plus five (5) years of experience in fundraising, communications, marketing, sales, public relations or philanthropy or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in fundraising, sales/marketing or public relations required. (This experience is in addition to any experience used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.)

Pay Range:

$29.55 - $44.32

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
