The Coordinator Credit/Collections (m/w/d) is responsible for cash application for Austria, Germany. This position will be onsite at our offices in Beckman Coulter Krefeld or Munich, Germany (other locations in Austria or Netherlands) and reports to the Manager Credit/Collections.

Key responsibilities include:

• Enter cash applications manually and record missing receipts in Autolockbox.
• Review and reconcile customer accounts for collection efforts.
• Run weekly Netting processes.
• Complete all adjustments: applications & write-offs.
• Maintain and clean up customer ledgers.
• Make customer calls regarding payment inquiries and details.
• Run sales journal and unposted items report.
• Perform month-end closing activities.

Essential requirements:

• Commercial education background.
• Experience in an accounting environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
• Excellent computer skills.
• ERP Oracle experience is advantageous.

Preferred experience:

• Experience in a multicultural healthcare company.
• Background in accounting.
