Rialto Capital seeks an Associate to support the REO Reporting Team in Miami, performing administrative tasks, updating REO trackers, coordinating financial statements, and ensuring completeness of reporting packages.
The role requires 1–3 years of administrative experience, strong organization, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential for daily duties, with occasional evening or weekend deadlines as needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
