Vivmark Residential is seeking a Capital Projects Coordinator I in San Jose, CA. This full-time role supports the Capital Projects team across a portfolio of multifamily communities, assisting with planning, contracts, budgeting, and documentation.
You will partner with project managers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure organized, compliant, and on-schedule project execution while maintaining thorough records and timely reporting.

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Capital Projects Coordinator I to support our Capital Projects team and help drive successful project execution across a portfolio of multifamily communities.
As a Capital Projects Coordinator I, you'll provide administrative and project support for a variety of capital improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule.
