Position Overview:

Support the Store Development Construction teams by auditing, processing, and tracking construction contracts, purchase orders, change order requisitions, and related documents for projects under construction. This role manages workflow and financial reporting for new store and remodel Construction projects, assists project managers and vendors, maintains procedural manuals and job aids, and facilitates communication via shared online folders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate contract financial data for construction projects and enter Purchase Orders (PO) in the Coupa system, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  2. Review and process Change Orders, Buyout Adjustments, and Credit Memos, recording them in Coupa.
  3. Assist the Construction teams in managing project budgets and records within SAP Project Systems, collaborating with Investment Planning for accurate data reflection.
  4. Generate SAP Budget Reports and update project forecasts.
  5. Audit vendor payment requisitions for accuracy, communicating with project managers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  6. Provide data to Fixed Assets accounting for period close processes.
  7. Monitor document approval processes, assist vendors with invoice submissions, and research payment issues.
  8. Coordinate project closures, ensuring all POs are paid and balances cleared, and communicate with relevant teams.
  9. Partner with Estimating to ensure consistent coding and reporting across projects.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
