The Coordinator, Business Operations is a communications-driven role that also supports the daily administrative and financial functions of the ENT department. This position is ideal for a candidate with a background in writing, content creation, or marketing who is ready to bring creativity and polish to the department's website, social media presence, newsletters, and alumni and donor communications. Beyond communications, the role also involves physician support and administrative work, including coordinating personnel transactions, education support , financial reconciliation, and faculty appointments, offering the right candidate the chance to grow their administrative and operational skill set. This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter with strong writing and interpersonal skills to make a visible impact, shaping how the department is perceived by patients, faculty, alumni, and the broader community while also gaining hands‑on experience in healthcare administration.
