  • Assist in evaluating contracting methods, reviewing drawings and preparing basic cost estimates.
  • Participate in planning and organizing outage/project work activities.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports and papers.
  • Apply problem solving skills to resolve technical problems and initiate solutions.
  • Understand and monitor labor relations activities and coordinate with contractors.
