Under some supervision, performs work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge in a safe, effective, efficient and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment. Experience: Typically requires a minimum of three years of experience in work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge.
